Trio (Penwest Pallaton JW ShCM [STC])

Trio had an eventful 2014 - he won a RCC at Three Counties, gained his Junior Warrant, qualified for and took part int the JW Competition at Earls Court, sired his first litter (photos of two of his daughters below), continued to win well at all levels and is now awaiting confirmation of his ShCM. He also went BIS at Tonwynglais CS in September and is looking forward to taking part in the SWKA Open Shows Dog of the Year in March 2015.

However, he still hasn’t mastered the art of standing still - always being on the go - he finds it difficult to remain immobile at the crucial moment in the show-ring but demonstrates his paces well on the move.

He started off 2015 in his first Post Graduate class at Manchester which he won under Frank Whyte. At the SPC Event in February he came through all his rounds until the final, finishing as runner up. Photo above shows him handled by co-owner Gerald Philips. Trio is also co-owned by Penny Westaway (Penwest).

Swansea: POINTERS – Open (3) 1 Theobald, Phillips & Westaway's Penwest Pallaton, what a fine young man. 2 years b/w dog. Typy head with dark eye, good length of neck flowing into well laid shoulders over deep ribs. Has a good length of upper arm that is missing in so many these days & it is this that gives him is lovely reach in his front movement. Deep chest through deep well muscled loin to good rear angles that he uses to get drive on the move. Well muscled & in good condition. I understand that congratulations are due as today he won the last points for his ShCM. BOB, G2. Judge- Ray McDonald
Manchester: POINTERS – PGD (9) 1 Theobald, Phillips & Westaway's Penwest Pallaton, good head proportions, good neck, bone & feet, balanced outline on good free movement. Was presented in very good condition, has good depth & has good over quality. Judge - Frank Whyte
